We had a great meal here on Dartmouth's graduation weekend. They were all very accommodating to our party and extremely nice. The only critique I have is that the filet was over cooked for my liking (no pink) but the other courses were lovely.
In more ways than one, this has to be a stop on your journey!
Wonderful and memorable New England experience! Stunning waterfall views from the outdoor seating area, with outstanding food. My horseradish-encrusted fish entree was perfect - flavorful but not overpowering. Inside you can browse the exquisite hand-blown glassware store, and downstairs you can watch the glass being blown. Staff are even available to explain their work and ask questions. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

Wether you enjoy seeing how glass is blown into beautiful wine glasses, vases or more, this is a definite must stop on your trek through Upper Valley. Once you are here, browsing through their collection for a (not-cheap) souvenir or a beautiful gift is allowed. If it happens to be around a meal time as well, the restaurant is a great indulgence as well that should be taken seriously. The views from the table can be grand over the falling water bellow, and the food is not in the least undesirable. They also have a great selection of wine, beer and spirits. If however, you are more into a drink or two and a bit more of a casual mood, their stand alone bar area is the perfect choice. They carry a great variety of craft beers on tap as well as your choice of drink that a full bar can offer. Their food options at the bar are more limited, but they will not disappoint.
Superb food and atmosphere. Really great water overlooking tables often available. If you are able, I recommend getting lunch here, as it can get you the perk of amazing food but save over the dinner menu.
