My wife had the Sea Bass, and I had the crispy Duck. My wife loves Sea Bass and loved every bite of it as well as the risotto. Myself. The Duck was perfectly crisp, tender and juicy.
Love to float by and wave to all the guests on the deck. Great food, outside deck is amazing on nice nights.
Alex, our waiter, was extremely professional, gracious and personable. We started with the lobster and mango cocktail. Amazing. There must have been more than half a lobster. Accompanied by terrific homemade bread with olive oil, basil and garlic to dip into. Excellent beginning.
After dinner we went back to the bar to thank Adam and Alex for a wonderful time. At his time, we had the pleasure of meeting Alexandria, the executive chef and owner. We thanked her for a great meal and got to briefly pick her mind about what made the meal so good. So, to Adam, Alex and Alexandria. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Rob and Leanne Barnard.

We first met Adam, the owner, who was very friendly and informative. Good front of the house man. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. There was no pressure to order. We relaxed and eventually made our way to the dinning room where we were seated comfortably near the fireplace. It just kept getting better.
We own a pub and restaurant in the Jay Peak area. Montgomery Center to be exact. But, this is not about the Snow Shoe. It's about having one of the best meals we have ever had at the Parker House Inn and Bistro.
